Iraq consider leaving

Recent events in Iraq really do call for Britain to seriously consider leaving. How can you trust the police there now? How did the two soldiers end up with the militia? Why did the police not hand them over to the British Army? As the rules stand at the present time the Iraq police should have. Interesting that the protestors were carrying petrol bombs? So doe this mean that the average person in the street is carrying all sorts of interesting things on the off chance that a demonstration will occur to use them?

I think that it is all a set up on the part of the Iraqis. Many groups want the British and Americans to get the hellout of their country so they can have a good squabble amongst themselves. Winner takes all. I very much doubt that Saddam will have anything to do with whoever wins as they will probable kill him long before a trial. He will be put out of the way as no one wants him back mainly because they all want to be in charge. I see that cleric...? (I can not remember what his name is at the moment) taking the prize.

I am very glad that the Brits did not get killed and if reports are to believed they were not badly injured. Maybe not physically but to be one fire like they were...Not good.

My Saga goes on...

My little matter with that women Giles goes to court. On the charge sheet there is no mention of threatening to kill her and there damn well shouldn't be as I never did. I am an ordained Minister of Religion so it most definitely would not be right for me to say such a thing. So it is a breach of the peace with threatening behaviour? Putting them in fear of their lives. What a crock of s***. I am determined that this will go to trial and I pray that all goes well for me. This nasty women and her lying spawn have to be shown for what they are.
Now to find a half way decent lawyer or one I can trust.
I have not received any acknowledgement from Sgt Jones regarding my letter which is very rude and inconsiderate of him. He should have acknowledge me, that was all I wanted then. Now it is a different matter. He will regret his rudeness.
I have received an acknowledgement from the Council to say they have received my letter and are attending to it. They had no choice but to answer. I wait with interest.
I have also written a letter to the Criminal Social Dept, Tom's ex law firm and my local Member for parliament
I am looking at ways to deal with those bully boys of Giles. Will speaks to my lawyer when I get one which will be next week.
Life is going to get very tiring for me. I do have Chromic Fatigue syndrome and it is damn inconvenient.

Police

A while back I had a go at the police, one Sargent Jones. I was given to understand that police had taken some marijuana off of a friend Rab and Neil and they did not charge them. What my two friends did not tell me and I did not know was that it is an 'on the spot' fine with notification through the post. So the police are not as bad as I painted them.
Sorry Sargent Jones and Co-hort.
Still on the subject of police, I have at last done what I threatened to do...Write a letter of complaint! Because it was not a really major issue I stated that it was not as yet an official complaint. I did not see that it was really necessary to blot the record of No. L35. A word in his ear from the Sargent Jones would be enough. Yet seeing as how Sgt Jones was with him at the time and should have heard the comment made by Officer L35, he should have spoken to him that night.
I had not recognized Officer L35 but it was no surprise on finding out his number that we had had words in the past and on that occasion he had told me if I had wanted to complain I should contact Dumbarton. Well Officer L35...Three strikes and your out! Leave me alone!
What did Officer L35 do? He told me to and I quote 'go ahead and kill yourself'. Luckily I was not feeling very suicidal at that stage, just very depressed and fed-up with the situation.
Just prior to that he had a look of repugnace on his face and I said to him 'you can wipe that look of your face'. I don't know why he had that look on his face as I had only respond to a question from Sgt Jones. Darned if I can remember what the question was or my answer.
Maybe Jerry Lee had farted? (He is my German Shepherd.) Well I don't think he did I never smelt anything. I wonder what it was. It is going to bug me for days now.
I have yet to hear from Sgt Jones re my letter of minor complaint. Maybe he will ignore it. Not a good idea as I am in a writing mood and have written to my local MP, the council and a complaint to the Social Work Services department. Should get this depressed more often.
Now I wait.
When I consider what I believe is going to happen in the next couple of years - world war 3 and the invasion and conquest of Europe, famine world wide and more earthquakes with the ultimate disappearance of Japan and nuclear weapons used on China...My problems are small potatoes.

Disasters Continue

The devastation left in the wake of hurricane Katrina is heartbreaking. Disasters one after the other all this year. It is like a gathering storm which will only get worse. The world is changing and nature is hitting back. When nature decides to stir there is nothing that man can do to stop her. Time and time again this has been shown and we are just helpless pawns. All we can do it pray and hope.
The situation in Iraq seems to only lurch from bad to worse. I think that this time the insurgents are on the brink of bringing about the civil war they so long for. The Allied forces will be caught right in the middle and we can expect voices yelling out for all the soldiers to return to their respective countries. This is the beginning of something even bigger and much more dangerous.
The era of Revelations.

Meanwhile whilst all this happens life continues on its way. More court appearances. Tom sacked his solicitor and has just discovered that his solicitor Doug Thompson did not follow instructions and had put Tom as pleading guilty to much more that just kicking Meek up the rear-end. Now the problem is how to change the guilty plea. Tom is having to defend his own case. All to do with legal aid procedures.
But one thing about the law in Scotland, so it seems, there is no such thing as real justice. A comment from a solicitor who was giving us a bit of advise is not to irritate/annoy the Sheriff, or he will go harder on sentencing. Talk about justice! But is is worse than that it is so easy for an enemy to set you up. All a person needs is a witness to support their story. A good friend who is willing to lie. An innocent person has very little chance or none.
I am fed-up to hell of everything. I pray for a little justice.
