Neighbours

Well it had to happen, a fallout with the new neighbour.   They cut down a tree in their garden and this enabled them to get to one of their washing line posts.   The previous neighbour John who died, let me use that post to tie my washing line to so I had extra space.  Jim, the new neighbour, cut the washing line and used the rest of my line to connect his posts for a washing line.   Well Tom pointed this out to Jim's wife, can not think of her name.   Our back door was open when she stormed into her garden and loudly proclaimed to our other neighbour that Tom was pathetic, she removed the line and handed it to him, still going on about how pathetic he was.  she refused to acknowledge that Jim has cut my washing line.   If she said Tom was pathetic once she said it a dozen times.   
She behaved exactly like I told Tom she would.  
Now will it blow over or will she bear a grudge, I suspect the latter.   Now I will have to be more vigilante about the doggy doo.   Perhaps I should get the council to install a gate between our gardens.
