Fraud

Some moron was able to get my new bank card and use it. They got £30 and used it to top up a mobile phone and took my account in to being overdrawn. Luckily it was the week before payday. They had even managed to cancel the card that I was using. How did they get around the pin number?
I had changed my address at the bank and they sent statements and my new card to the old address, redirection notwithstanding. The bank, Barclays, admitted it was their fault. I had to fill papers and order a new card. The Bank says they will refund my money plus fees incured due to being overdrawn.
I hope my account is safe now.
